Custom and personalized orders

We can customise/personalise most items. Please contact us with any enquiries and we can discuss.
All custom orders must be approved by you, then your item will be produced and posted.
*Custom orders usually have an added cost due to the fact that they are unique one off items.
Occasionally we may contact you if we have a question or require more information to complete your order. If you do not respond we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.

How can I update/transform my jewellery/care instructions

If you want to update painted jewellery we recommend using quality acrylic or enamel paint.
Do not shower, soak or submerge in water/liquids/chemicals. This might remove/destroy the finish/look.
Take off your jewellery when using chemicals, applying makeup, lotions, hair spray, showering or swimming.
Surface clean with a non-scratching cloth.
Avoid exposure to hot water / heat / moisture as this may cause damage.
Do not apply to much pressure or force as this can cause damage/ breakage/ snapping/ bending. This can cause sharp edges so do not wear if damaged.
Do not consume or chew on.

Please note:
*Painted products may have a fine layer of residue present after painting. This is more common with metallic paints however paint is permanent.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us please contact us if you have any concerns and we will do our best to work out a solution.
Sorry we do not accept refund or exchange on custom or personalised items.
There is no refund or exchange on earrings or cookie cutters/stamps due to hygiene.
If your item is damaged in transit please provide images within 48 hours and item will be replaced, no refunds will be given. Item must be returned undamaged in in original packaging. Lost pieces cannot be replaced.
Please be aware that pieces are delicate and should be worn with care.

Shipping and Handling Costs

We post with Australia Post and and try to keep costs as low as possible with the ever rising postage fees.
Standard charges do come with tracking. A express upgrade can be added to this listing for Australia. (Please note express can still take more then one day for delivery) Please choose the shipping upgrade option if you are concerned about items going missing as we can not be held responsible for items once they leave out hands if they are not tracked.
We do combine items for shipping when possible.
Australia Post estimate delivery range from 5-15 working days once posted but please allow up to 4 weeks for Australia and 6 weeks for International.
US and Canada and all international, tracking only option is available.

Refunds or non deliveries

Postage time frames are a guide only and parcels can be held up by customs or for other reasons so for this reason no claims can be made prior to 60 days for international deliveries. This is to ensure enough time for the parcel to be delivered or returned if there is an error with your address or any other custom problems.
Please make sure your address is correct to time of purchase as we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses or additional re-postage fees. (Buyer is responsible for incorrect address postage fees and for re-postage costs including post office returns to sender for non pickup)
After this time we will work with you to find a solution.

Cookie/Fondant Cutters stamping

Some off our cutters have designs that you may have trouble stamping.
We have tested all our items and they do stamp correctly and have found that it is best to use a shortbread dough left to rest in the fridge or a mixture not to sticky for cookies.
For best results with these designs we recommend cutting around the stamped print.
If you’re the type to clean all your tools the second you’re done using them, and not leave things soaking in the sink, then you’ll probably need to go over the cutters with a brush or toothpick to dig the dough out. But nothing that you wouldn’t have to do with any cookie cutter. These items should be hand washed only. Do not consume. (our stamps are not rubber or recommend to be used with ink.)

Food Safe

The material used for our 3D printing is Eco-Friendly, Bio-degradable PLA made from Natural materials. We strive to produce the best possible print in every occasion. Our recommendation is to clean the cookie cutters/stamp to avoid any small food items that may get caught in any open gaps, small corners and crevices.
Stamps & Cutters should only be gently HANDWASHED.
Excessive heat may cause plastic to warp. Do not use in the dishwasher. Do not expose to long periods of sunlight or heat.
We don’t take any responsibility for misuse or lack of cleanliness of our items. Please ensure you maintain your items to get the most out of them.

Cake Topper/Table Signs Information

The Paint we use on our cake toppers including Glitter Paint is non toxic. If you have concerns we can tape up the stick and not paint it.
Our Bamboo Timber toppers are laser cut from 2.5-3mm bamboo plywood. This product contains formaldehyde free glue adhesives. They can retain a natural burn smell due to the laser cutting process & may have burn residue. We do lightly coat them in a natural food safe oil.
If you would like a longer stick to leave space for cake decorations please contact us & we can try to adjust this.
Toppers are intended for display purposes only. They are delicate and should be handled with care. Do not wash and do not consume product.
Excessive heat may cause PLA to warp. Do not expose to long periods of sunlight.

Silicone Moulds

Our Moulds are made from food grade silicone. They are recommended for use with Chocolate or Fondant.
Moulds should be hand washed only. These are not suitable for dishwasher or oven use. Keep away from knives or direct flames. Do not exceed temperature of 150 degrees Celsius.

3d Printing Edges for Cookie Cutters

We strive to achieve the best possible cutting edge for our 3d printed products. We do test our products and they work correctly. There are some inferior products that claim to have a thinner cutting edge however they can be brittle and peel away with use.
Please note that these are not the same as a metal cutting edge as that cannot be achieved with 3d printing.
For best results with these designs we recommend cutting around the stamped area if you are having trouble with the cut. Different cookie dough, clay or mediums used can effect the finished result. (the stickier the dough/clay the harder to cut).
